Rotary Slitter Knives (Blades)
Our Rotary Slitter Knives (Blades) are manufactured by tool steel which is chosen according to metal sheet type and thickness. Then, knives enter the heat treatment process to gain the necessary hardness for metal sheets to be cut. Roll Shear Knives' thickness is grinded in our grinding machines with the ultra micron precision.
Bonded Stripper Rings
The metal cores of our Bonded Stripper Ring are manufactured by alloy steel with a hardening heat-treatment process. The cover of the metal ring is chosen from rubber or polyurethane related to the thickness of the metal sheet to be cut. Rings are grinded an ultra micron precision.
Spacers
Spacers are manufactured by alloy steel. Hardened heat treatment is applied. The side thickness is grinded with ultra micron precision.
Seperator Tooling
Manufactured by alloy steel with heat- treatment.
Shear Knives
Shear Knives are manufactured by tool steel which is chosen related to metal sheet type and thickness. Heat treatment is applied due to cutting material to be cut.
Assembled Knife Sets
Fix measured; tight tolerated sensitive slittings; Assembled Knife Sets are set with an attachment to the mandrel. The user only needs to put the set to the shaft.
Tube and Profile Rolls
Manufactured by cold tool steel. Heat treatment is applied in various hardness due to the quantity of crushing.
